In fact, there are two types of Phimosis occurred i.e physical and pathological. The physiological type is associated with childhood and usually resolves as you age. The pathologic type is associated with banalities xeroticaobliterans (BXO) and appears as a contracted white fibrous ring around the prenuptial orifice.

Treatment of Phimosis

Physiological Phimosis (congenital) usually does not require treatment. Usually, the child grows out of it. Your provider may also call this primary Phimosis.

Pathological Phimosis also called secondary Phimosis must be treated to prevent from other physical problems.

• An experienced doctor who is experienced in phimosis treatment will probably recommend a steroid cream to apply to the skin on your penis but it completely depends on the condition.

• Your service provider may recommend for your stretch the foreskin after about two weeks of using the steroid cream. You should pull the skin very gently, pulling it back as far as possible but it may harmful to apply extra force. You can use the cream on the part of the glans exposed by stretching exercises.

• The next step is surgery. If your child is having trouble then his/her doctor may make a small cut in the skin, so that you can pull it back. If you are an adult with a lot of scar tissue, your health service provider will probably recommend circumcision. This procedure will remove the foreskin and free it from the glans.

• If your balanitisxeroticobliterans (BXO) causes Phimosis and steroid creams don't work, your health care provider should recommend circumcision. Your provider may suggest this anyway. Phimosis can make sexual activity uncomfortable for adults. Also, BXO can cause urinary tract problems and increase the risk of penile cancer.
